Villenium is an Regional Investment Company (RIC), financial structure of private equity real estate dedicated to the upgrading of urban areas.
Vllenium goal is to bring new financial resources for operations that are part of urban regeneration projects, to facilitate the achievement.
The Villenium company is :

-The tool of regional financing of urban renewal
- A company which is engaged in property investment by taking equity stakes in real estate operators, in partnership with private investors
- Provides financing real estate projects as part of restructuring operations in urban sites
- Works on all areas covered by the policy of the city and territories abandoned by the market players
- Create value and a ripple effect on private investment and traditional bank financing
- Impulse and secures a new framework for public / private partnership
